The Indiana Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association (ITOBA) annual Winners Circle Celebration and Stallion Season Auction will be held on Jan 21, 2012 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Indianapolis-Airport, 2501 S. High School Road, Indianapolis, IN.
